With well over three decades of practicing law, Michael J. Sacks has been admitted to the State and Federal Courts of California and Florida. During this time period, Mr. Sacks has also been admitted to the United States District Court for the Central District of California, The United States District Court for the Southern District of California, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the California Supreme Court.
Mr. Sacks graduated with honors from the University of Southern California (Deans List) and Pepperdine School of Law, where he also served as Student At-Large Representative for the Law School. Highly experienced in Corporate, Contract and Entertainment Law, Mr. Sacks has been lead counsel in several, successful cases involving an impressive list of celebrities, including Eddie Murphy, Sylvester Stallone, Michael Jackson, Arsenio Hall, James Woods, James Gandolfini, and Joe Pesci, among others. Mr. Sacks has also been counsel for several, high-profile entertainers, including, but not limited to, Rick Dees, David Cassidy, Meat Loaf and Slash. Mr. Sacks has also provided extensive legal analysis on T.V. and radio regarding a variety of legal issues, including expert commentary on ABC, NBC, "Rivera Live", and CNN.
